We’re pleased to welcome Kade Wurster to Wairarapa Clay Target Club for three dedicated days of sporting clays coaching:

Kade is widely regarded as one of New Zealand’s most experienced and highly qualified sporting clays coaches. This is a rare opportunity for shooters at all levels to work in a focused environment with structured, professional guidance. Read Kades Bio here.
Morning Clinics
9:00am–12:00pm | $200 per person
Maximum 5 shooters per session.
A structured 3-hour group session covering fundamentals such as focus, set-up, target reading/target planning and methods of lead.
Morning clinics may involve up to 150 targets per shooter.
Clinics are strictly limited to five participants.
Preference will be given to Wairarapa Full and Junior Members if sessions are oversubscribed.
Morning clinics are ideal for shooters wanting structured technical foundations in a small-group environment. Shooters may also choose to follow a clinic with a private afternoon session to further refine specific elements.
Clinic Viability
Morning clinics require sufficient numbers to proceed. If a session is under-subscribed, it may be consolidated into another day to form a full group of five, or participants may be offered the option to convert to a private 1:1 or 2:1 session by arrangement.
All adjustments will be discussed and confirmed prior to the event.
Afternoon Private Coaching
Minimum 2 Hours
• 1:1 – $150 per hour
• 2:1 – $125 per hour per person
Private sessions include personal lesson notes and shooter-specific coaching. Final session times will be confirmed directly with Kade.
Afternoon sessions may involve up to 250 targets per shooter, depending on duration and format.
Preference will be given to Wairarapa Full and Junior Members if sessions are oversubscribed.
Private coaching is well suited to shooters wanting individual technical focus, deeper problem-solving, or performance refinement.
